Since 1934, we’ve been building hotels and resorts in the places that drew us most—mountain peaks where powder falls deep, cities where the West was built, forest retreats surrounded by ponderosa pines, and the original roadside stop that started it all. Each property is distinct, shaped by its landscape and the people who’ve cared for it across generations. What unites them is simpler: an unwavering commitment to craft, genuine hospitality, and the kind of attention to detail that makes a place feel like it was built just for you.
From America’s original destination ski resort to a five-diamond flagship in the heart of Salt Lake City, our eight properties span the American West. See where Grand America Hotels & Resorts can take you.

Little America Wyoming
Little America Wyoming
A Welcome Haven Since 1934
This is where it all started. Three hundred miles west of Cheyenne on Interstate 80, the original Little America has welcomed weary travelers since 1934, when the open road meant something different and a reliable stop could save a journey. Today, our newly renovated Travel Center stands as a landmark of hospitality, featuring 16 fueling islands, a hot grill and deli, a convenience store, and made-from-scratch dining options that start with breakfast burritos and continue through to Lobby Bar burgers at dinner. Guest rooms and suites continue that legacy of comfort, joined by an RV park with 42 spacious spots for modern road-trippers. This is authentic Americana—a genuine roadside haven where travelers still stop for refuge, comfort, and yes, a classic ice cream cone for the miles ahead. The landscape hasn’t changed much since 1934. Neither has our commitment to the traveler.
